Simon founded ACC Security Solutions 22 years ago and has led the company ever since. He brings over 35 years of experience across every discipline of the security industry, including physical security, electronic security, automated security systems, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control and full system integration. His expertise and reputation helped the business build a strong client base within its first six months, laying the foundation for ACC's continued growth today.
Peter joined ACC Security Solutions at Simon's invitation shortly after the company was founded and went on to spend 20 years helping shape the business. His experience and dedication were instrumental in establishing ACC's reputation for reliability, and he remains a valued part of the company's history following his recent retirement.
Retired
Ross began his career in electrical contracting before moving into a director-level role, bringing a wealth of commercial experience with him when he joined ACC 20 years ago. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in the company's growth and success, known throughout the business for his strong work ethic and his reliable, honest approach. (And it has nothing to do with his uncanny resemblance to Superman — though colleagues will tell you otherwise.)
Kath oversees ACC's finances, ensuring the business runs smoothly and that every member of the team is paid accurately and on time. Her disciplined management over the past 20 years has meant ACC has never needed to rely on external finance or a bank bailout — a testament to her hard work and commitment.
With 12 years of service at ACC, Matt is a firm favourite among customers for his deep technical knowledge — if there's a question he can't answer, there generally isn't anyone who can. His experience spans the full range of systems ACC installs and supports.
Owen spent his early years in South Africa, where his Scottish and Welsh parents instilled in him a strong work ethic, ambition and impeccable manners. Since joining ACC, he has developed excellent technical capability and consistently earns outstanding feedback for his customer service.
Lewis joined ACC 10 years ago and has built a reputation across installation and service work for his polite, welcoming approach with customers.
The newest member of the ACC team, Eshaan brings youthful energy and a natural aptitude for technology and problem-solving. He's already showing the promise of a bright future in the security industry.
